Being a Housekeeper on a holiday resort requires you to be multi skilled, adaptable, a problem solver and always happy to help our guests

You will be at the centre of the guest arrival experience, making sure their holiday home is ready for them and checking that they have everything they need. On non - arrival days you will be available to solve any problems that crop up and be instrumental in keeping the resort and venues clean and tidy so that our guests have a quality, value for money experience.

Duties include tasks such as bed striping, caravan safety checks, caravan checks after cleaning. Meeting guests on an arrival. (Note the cleaning of the accommodation is not completed by you)

On other days duties may include laundry work, making up of bedding packs, deep cleaning inside and out of accommodation units. Cleaning and checks of toilet facilities, covering camping fields days off or breaks, testing of hot tubs etc. A task rota is completed and organised for each day so that you will know what you will be doing.

This is a full time position working as part of a team to achieve high standards of customer care. This is a varied position so expect to cover a lot of steps in a day and get great satisfaction from a job well done from interaction with our guests. Full training will be given.

You must be a team player and enjoy working with the public inside and outside in all weathers. You will find this a very satisfying customer facing role.

In return we offer guaranteed minimum 41 hour week. Hourly pay, 5 day week. Does include weekends and variation of shift times such as 8am-8pm on Monday & Friday change over days (with break), 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12-8pm.

No previous experience required just a willing attitude to learn and play your part in providing our guests with ‘more than just a holiday’.

A full driving licence is required to travel around our large resort.

Training provided in all aspects of the role and health and safety.

We are located in Brean Sands, Somerset. 20 minutes from Weston Super Mare, 1hr from Bristol. 10 mins M5 J22.

Please note Company accommodation is only available if you do not live locally to Brean and is chargeable for a monthly fee.
