Are you an experienced **trainer** looking for a new exciting challenge?

**Practice Plus Group** are searching for an expert Trainer to join our fast growing **Out of Hours** service in **Putney**, South West London. You will have the opportunity to **lead the training programme** for our operational staff. You'll be given full training on how to successfully **induct, train and sign off receptionists, drivers, co-ordinators and CAS co-ordinators.**

You will conduct **all inductions for new starters** and arrange introductions for **online and face to face training programmes**. You'll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure **all front line staff's training** is up to date and relevant. Alongside this, you'll work with operational leads to provide any training needed for staff as well as give **detailed feedback afterwards.**

During times where little to no training is required you will **perform comfort calling and breaches** to fill contracted hours.

This **part time role will be based in our Putney office, **with occasional travel to our **office in Uxbridge.**

- Previous experience in delivering staff inductions and training
- Good communication skills
- Internal stakeholder management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Organised
- Good attention to detail
