An excellent opportunity has arisen for Bid Writer (Retrofit & Refurb) to join our Housing Partnerships team in the North-West.

**_ Key responsibilities/The Role_**
- Assist with the development of the bid winning strategy.
- Liaise with Seddon staff, supply chain and external bid network to produce tender quality documents.
- Production and formatting of Expression of Interests & PQQ’s
- Develop and write technical & non-technical written quality responses.
- Liaise with bid co-ordinator to submit tender documents and add to the bid library.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral.

**_Competences_**
- Experience of writing and submitting successful tenders in the retrofit and refurbishment market.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to write bids.
- Accomplished written skills.
- Succinct time management and organisation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritise.
- Experience of Adobe InDesign & CRM relationship manager.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.

**_Desirable_**
- Knowledge of current retrofit processes and retrofit market.
