**Main duties include**:
The post holder will support the AD for UEC Operations to ensure work streams are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery

Deputise as required to ensure service delivery

Work closely with system partners to maintain day to day management of system performance and resolution of issues as they arise

Represent the operations team on escalation calls with colleagues from partner organisations

Provide a consistent resource for day to day escalations from system partners and for out of area escalations.

Support the maintenance and delivery of key operational targets within the system

Lead on the daily operational reporting requirements both internally and external as required

Prepare presentations and formal reports on behalf of the System Resilience Team

Own and manage a portfolio of projects

Monitor and review financial spend on behalf of the department as required

Managing NHSE requests for daily/weekly reports as required

Timely completion of Bank Holiday/Christmas plans

Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders both internal and externally to support service delivery

Provide support for the management of Risks owned by the Operations team
