**Billing Support Analyst**
**Location: Surrey**

**£30k - £35k**

**Responsibilities**:

- The role will be mix of client interaction and project work which will involve:

- 1st line customer support
- Working closely with our service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of related incidents and service requests.
- As well as executing the monthly billing runs; time is also spent on improving client experience through speedy response and resolution of billing queries.
- Additionally, there will be further opportunities to take on a wider role in the on-boarding and migration process.
- Take ownership and responsibility of project work with our growing number of new customers.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in working in the telecoms industry with a good understanding of telecoms billing is preferable
- Strong skills in Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Applications
- Experience of databases and SQL is an advantage
- Organised and having an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive focus on customer support and delivery

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
