As a Senior Game Designer, you will take a leading role on game projects from concept to completion. Helping to define key systems and creative direction alongside Narrative Design, Code and Art.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of game features from inception through to release, striving for quality while adhering to the core vision of the game
- Coordinate with other disciplines to plan and scope project features
- Create and own project documentation
- Work in engine to create, implement and bug fix game content
- Delegate work to the wider team and help to lead project team members towards a common goal
- Review and adapt designs based on user testing and approved internal feedback
- Be the champion of quality for multiple feature designs; executing the creative vision of the game
- Scope out and plan your own tasks and those of others within the design team
- Set tasks, monitor and manage the quality of output for design team members
- Mentor junior designers
- Communicate and present to clients

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Unity game engine (Unreal is a plus)
- Multiple completed projects
- An approachable personality with a desire to be part of a team
- A proven track record in the field of game design
- A passionate love of gaming and a strong understanding of modern gaming trends

**Advantageous Experience**:

- An understanding of C++ and/or C# programming languages
- Presentation, public speaking and pitching experience
- Console development experience
