**The role**:
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be required to assist the team in a wide range of work with private sector and public clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements
- Attend client meetings as required
- Actively participate in understanding and meeting colleague and clients requirements
- Develop understanding of the procurement process on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with Cluttons working policies and procedures
- Work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and approachable
- Participate in client meetings where required
- Work to standard required by RICS and maintain ethical standards
- Ensure all work undertaken is produced accurately to standards in a timely and efficient manner
- Commitment to completing the APC training programme
- Contribute to the production of tender documentation
- Research and draft reports

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level in a RICS accredited first degree or masters degree
- A team player able to work effectively on their own with supervision
- Excellent interfacing skills with clients and fellow professionals
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in a busy office with a varied case load
- Strong communication and time management skills
