Direct night-time front-desk operations, and log and reconcile all charges from the previous day.
- Registers all late check-ins and all early check-outs using Club’s hotel system.
- Carries the portable phone during night-time to ensure that contact can always be made by hotel guests and other team within the building.
- Monitors the signing in and out of hotel keys.
- Ensures the safety and security of the building and its occupants during the night; ensures that doors are locked and that the keys are always secure.
- Turns off lights in unoccupied rooms at the close of business.
- Assists hotel guests with assistance as needed during their stay.
- Ensures all bar, restaurant and function areas are clean and ready for use the next day. This may involve sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors, and wiping down tables.
- Makes maintenance team aware of any maintenance requirements.
- Compiles, balances, and reviews financial accounts on a nightly basis.
- Oversees night-time cleaning operation.
- Has knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations such as fire evacuation, power cut, break in/theft and an accident.
- Attends training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested.
- Performs any other duties deemed reasonable by management.
- To ensure a high degree of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.
- To be a positive ambassador for the Company’s CARE values at all times.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies

**Skills**:

- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong guest service orientation
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with hotel operations is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.5 per week
