We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to join this fast-growing food business at their base in Basingstoke.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics you will join a small team responsible for coordinating production and shipment from the business’s manufacturing subsidiary (based overseas) as well as UK/EU based co-packers and liaising with the UK storageand distribution function.

**Role / Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain optimum stock availability -**Including warehouse replenishment planning, maintaining optimum inventory, raising supplier orders, resolving inventory discrepancies.
- **UK warehousing operations -**Oversee day to day operations with inbound logistics partner & 3PL warehouse, including stock allocation, customer picking specs, intra-UK stock transfers, inbound forecast.
- **Supply Chain & Logistics performance -**Monitor supplier & 3PL service levels (OTIF) & challenge non-conformances, maintain target inventory cover, use continuous improvement principles to track excesses/shortages.
- **General -**Including transport invoice reconciliation, maintain/monitor Supply Chain master data & systems.

The role is full time, office based, and located in the Basingstoke area. Travel to 3PL warehouse as required, plus occasional travel to UK copackers/hauliers. Full, clean driving licence is required.

üEducated to degree level/qualified by experience.

üProven track record in a similar planning role in Supply Chain and/or Logistics, within FMCG/Food sector.

üExcellent Excel skills & ability to draw conclusions from complex data.

üExcellent knowledge of supply chain processes and good practice.

üStrong communication skills both written & verbal.

üCapable of building relationships internally & externally, at all levels.

üAbility to prioritise & work independently within a fast paced working environment.
