- YOUR ROLEOur Ocean Team based in Ashby de la Zouch, is looking for an Ocean Customer Service Administrator, where you will specialise in providing outstanding customer service within ocean operations.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into Ocean Operations Supervisor, you will be speaking with our external customers and agents and handling any issues they may have, so knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, freight forwarding and the documentation needed is key to being successful in this role.- You will see the process through from receiving the freight to the end, ensuring the customer is kept up to date with all developments.- You will act as main point of contact for customers, handle and sort complaints or inquires.- This role is Monday to Friday 08:30 to17:00, hybrid role after training period
- 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
