You will be responsible for answering calls, booking meetings, updating our CRM system, processing mediation paperwork and a whole host of other tasks you would expect from a busy small office.

**The principal responsibilities will include**
- Providing administrative support.
- Acting as the first point of contact for new clients, and taking details.
- Communications with clients and Solicitors.
- General office admin tasks.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate,
- An organised, systematic approach.
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients in person or by telephone.

**Previous office/admin experience gained within the Legal / Mediation sector would be a definite advantage, although some role-specific training will be provided.**
