Sutton Housing Partnership (established in 2006) manages council housing in Sutton. We aim to bring investment and improvements to homes across the borough. We are responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.

We are currently seeking to recruit to the post of Sales & Services Officer (Garages). This is a great opportunity to join our high performing Home Ownership team.

Working with a friendly and supportive team you'll be responsible for the collection of garage rent arrears and the letting of void garages. You will also have the opportunity to learn about leasehold and homeownership matters.
