Gardener

**I am looking for an individual with a love for gardening, good horticultural knowledge (ideally with an RHS qualification) and experience to help me continue to run Austin Gardens. The successful applicant must be comfortable working on their own or leading a small team of two. Austin Gardens has been running for 7 years and provides an all round gardening maintenance service to private homes and local businesses. **Requirements**:

- A full clean UK driving license.
- Good knowledge of plant identifiaction.
- The ability to commute to Christchurch, Dorset.
- Previous experience in garden maintenance or horticulture.
- A polite & professional manner with good communication skills.
- The integrity to complete jobs unsupervised and remain self motivated.

Applicants must be punctual and arrive on time in Christchurch. The position is physically demanding and applicants must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. On a day to day basis you will be driving to private and commercial gardening jobs, interacting with our customers and completing a variety of gardening jobs including; grass cutting, weeding, hedgecutting, pruning and much more.

This position offers;
- £22,000 salary.

Desirable Skills
- Experience and license for driving trailers.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
