- We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Administrator to support the Technical Services Manager in key administrative and practical tasks to support the development of products and monitoring of product quality, safety, and ethics.- The Role

**The Purpose of the Role**:
The purpose of this role is to support the Technical and Regulatory Teams to deliver the global new product strategy & 3-year NPD plans for Holland & Barrett's own brand food in line with the business and category strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deputising for Technical Services Manger when required.
- Support and mentoring of more junior team members with their activities.
- Administrative support of horizon scanning activities
- Administrative support of product surveillance testing activities
- Logging and risk assessment of all complaints received within the business in line with H&B internal policies
- Following up with suppliers on complaints responses
- Review of physical products returned by customers and data entry into the complaints system
- Forwarding the samples onwards to suppliers for investigation
- Feeding the results of investigations to customer services team to enable follow up with the customers
- Producing KPI reports to monitor complaints management processes within the business
- Producing supplier specific dashboards featuring their complaints versus sales performance and other supplier communication
- Providing complaints data for internal use such as presentations, benchmarking, and quality control sessions
- Data entry of product testing results
- Support Technical Services Manager with coordination of withdrawal and recall communications
- Support Technical Services Manager in following up with key stakeholders to close out withdrawal and recall
- Produce reports following product withdrawals and recalls
- Management and tracking of expiring supplier documents like SAQ and certifications
- Working as part of a cross-functional stakeholder team feed into development of H&B internal processes within technical and regulatory areas
- Perform the document and version controlling for all H&B procedures, policies and codes of practice
- Assisting technical and regulatory teams team with general administrative tasks such as raising POs
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory and technical processes. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Administrative assistance in the preparation of regulatory submissions, including but not limited to pre-market notifications, correspondence with regulatory authorities and product registrations.

**Location: Hybrid 1-2 days you'll be based at the Holland & Barrett International Nuneaton Hub, nr. Coventry (CV10 7RH).**

**Technical Skills**
- Experience working in manufacturing site or retail within technical/regulatory function
- Understanding of BRC requirements and retailer Codes of Practice
- Experience within administrative role
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Experience supporting a team
