As the Temporary Workplace Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and service delivery. This position requires you to:

- Collaborate with service providers for timely, quality service delivery.
- Support the Service Level Agreement effectively.
- Efficiently handle customer requests and keep them informed of progress.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of on-site services to provide tailored advice to customers.
- Assist with Emergency Evacuation procedures.
- Conduct daily facility inspections.
- Perform daily checks on stationery hubs and refreshment areas.
- Complete daily checks of meeting spaces, ensuring they meet defined standards.
- Ensure meeting room requests are handled promptly.
- Provide operational support for internal events and coordinate hospitality orders.
- Support customer training in using systems.
- Assist with mail room duties.
- Raise and manage customer feedback requests.
- Attend weekly service line meetings.
- Oversee contractor activities.
- Report and track accidents and incidents.
- Actively seek and review customer feedback.
- Support the implementation and adherence to group policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Provide reception cover during absences.
- Conduct space utilisation reviews.
- Assist with small office moves and changes.
- Provide regular building orientation/tours.
- Be flexible and responsive to out-of-hour requests.
- Review and update standard operating procedures.
- Proactively make recommendations to support contract evolution.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or strong customer service background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
