- Provide emotional support and companionship to those we support
- Implement behaviour management strategies as needed
- Engage in activities when required
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including looked after nurses, to ensure service users have access to healthcare
- Maintain a clean and organised living environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in supported accommodation
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality support to vulnerable individuals
- Experience in supported accommodation settings is advantageous
- Level 3 NVQ in health and social care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
