We provide IT Services, which include IT hardware and software, Cloud Services, and FMS Services. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will focus on supporting and developing the SDR (Sales Development Representative) team, which forms part of our Apprenticeship program. The role is responsible for the team's day-to-day management, ensuring appropriate ongoing sales and technical knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, managed and developed the Sales Development team
- Coach and mentor to ensure the team is identifying new opportunities through cold calling, following
- up on warm leads, recruitment for events and participating in call-out days
- Collaborate with UK Marketing, Vendor Alliances team and our partner community in terms of the focus of the SDR function, building out
- Drive achievement against monthly KPI targets set out periodically throughout the year, both SDR Manager and team.
- Produce end-of-month reporting as required by the Sales Director and Marketing team
- Coordinate and attend weekly kick-off meetings
- Work with the Apprenticeship program Manager and associated third party on the development of SDR Apprentices tied in with the agreed course and program, including exposure to all aspects of the UK business

**Requirements**:
Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Experience in a sales-focused role
- Commercial awareness and essential business acumen
- Previous Team Leader or Management experience
- Experience working with CRM
- A natural team player, able to communicate and work effectively
- Business focused and able to balance the goals of ZM Technologies UK with those of our customers
- Goal orientated with lots of initiative and positive motivation
- Organised, professional, positive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to plan time effectively
