Parcel Sorter

Recruit 2 You are delighted to work in partnership with our client, based in Derby. Our client are within the transport and haulage industry,and are one of the midland’s largest transport companies.

Due to demand, they are expanding their team and currently hiring for Parcel Sorters on a night shift of 2am-10am. They deliver all parcel shipments across the UK, Ireland and Offshore.

The ParcelSorter job role involves;
- Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution from an assembly or production line.
- Receive the parcels from the conveyor belt and quickly scan toknow the end location.
- Put the parcels in a large loading bag and load them onto a lorry ready to be posted to the customer.

Previous experience of working in a repetitive environment would be advantageous.

You can wear comfortable clothing within the factory.

The pay rate for this role is £10 per hour + £25 Attendance Bonus for completing a full week (NO ABSENCES)

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
