**Job Description**:
**Shifts**:Monday - Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am)
**Salary**:£11.53 per hour
**JOB PURPOSE**
Reporting to the Quality Manager the role will be responsible for the day-to-day quality checks and processes ensuring that the business is compliant with Food Safety and GMP protocols.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Responsible for the day-to-day quality audit checks on production lines.
- Issuing of technical documentation including specification to production lines.
- Various product quality checks as required.
- Collation and archiving of quality documentation.
- Collation and recording of retained samples as per policy requirements.
- Completion of routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation etc.
- To assist into the investigation of NCR’s and capture the relevant information.
- Responsible for the positive release of materials as and when required.
- Provide good communication and support levels at all times.
- Undertake internal training and development activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Be committed to providing continuous improvements at all times
**Qualifications**:
- Good Level of Maths
- Knowledge of Health & Safety obligations
- HACCP awareness / knowledge
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Quality.
