**INVENTORY & PLANNING MANAGER**

**Hybrid London & Working-from-Home**

**£55-70k depending on experience + amazing benefits**

My client, a powerhouse beauty brand is looking to strengthen their Supply Chain operation, creating the new role for Inventory & Planning Manager to lead a team of 4 supply planners. Defining their inventory strategy and agreeing KPI targets and OKPs forthe year ahead, you’ll work with key stakeholders.

Taking Accountability for the end-to-end planning and coordination of the annual finished product stock take across internal functions and 3PLs. Reporting on SKU data, looking at best-sellers’ complexity, flagging risks and highlighting opportunities todiscontinue.

Resolving discrepancies, lead meetings, trouble shooting for variance troubleshooting. Ensuring best in class practices, to ensure strong processes are in place across all stock locations.

Must haves: A minimum of 5 years’ hands on experience of inventory excellence; Demonstrable knowledge of best-in-class inventory management; advanced Excel; strong ERP and MRP systems knowledge; deep understanding of how inventory planning affects the widersupply chain and brand performance.

Personable attributes: Also non-negotiable: strong attention to detail, financially astute, problem-solving skills, resilience in character and the ability to flourish in a very fast-moving pace environment experiencing high growth.

Clearly Beauty sector experience is the first choice but similar FCMG experience may be considered.
