**Job description**

**Role**: Handyman

**Location**: Shoreham-by-Sea, UK

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting duties.
- Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
- Knowledge of common repair techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- CSCS card
