We are currently recruiting for our residential service in Sheffield, S5 and here we provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Our service is a nursing service which provides care and support to eight individuals with a learning disability, brain injury, physical disability and associated complex needs.

The people living here cover a varied age group and all have very different needs. These include epilepsy, autism, dementia, PKU, sleep apnoea, challenging behaviour and physical needs. Each person’s needs are specifically met through training, care plans and a person-centred approach. Everyone receives support from social and healthcare professionals, as needed.

You’ll help the people we support to develop their independence in all aspects of everyday life. This could include personal care, meal preparation, and taking part in hobbies & activities. You’ll be out and about, enjoying life together and no single day will be the same.
