Bright Futures Day Nursery is looking for a passionate, dedicated and friendly senior educator to join our excellent team.

The nursery operates far beyond just providing childcare but acts as a hub to educate, nurture and enhance children’s development, working as part of the community in supporting the local families. The nursery and before and after school club is set in the beautiful countryside and provides childcare provision from 3 months to 11 years old to the children of our community.

As a Room Leader, your day will include planning, implementing and evaluating the care and development of the children which will involve play, getting messy and having fun teaching the children. You will be able to build good, working relationships with colleagues, parents and most importantly, with the children. Your additional responsibilities will include; providing support to the team through role modelling positive and professional practices, share experiences and knowledge, guiding practitioners in striving to achieve and to maintain and influence the ethos of the setting ensuring continuity is met.

You will be hard-working and motivated to make the nursery a clean, safe and happy environment for all our children to reach their full potential whilst working as a part of supportive team of childcare professionals. You will be interested in gaining skills and knowledge to further inform and develop your role as a professional in order to facilitate your role.

Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Continued professional development will be available to all staff. Safeguarding and first-aid training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 41.25 per week
