Shooting gear is not required as you will have access to our entire in-house production studio including a Ronin 4D, several DSLRs, gimbals and tripods, mics, lighting and a full editing suite. However, basic editing kit will be required for any days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot all day-to-day content for various social platforms, online courses, podcasts, and other media outputs.
- Offload and transcoding footage
- Uploading to and maintaining the organisation of the server and online cloud system.
- Maintaining spreadsheets to keep track of all footage and projects.
- Pull stock footage from shoots
- Support with short form editing
- Use creative ideation to come up with innovative ideas for content creation.
- Schedule filming and editing sessions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain all equipment and studio spaces.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience of commercial filming and editing.
- Intermediate level of camera understanding and ability
- Experience in studio production, including lighting and green screen work.
- Experience in setting up multicam shoots.
- Experience in audio production.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including: Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Some knowledge of Da Vinci and basic colour grading and sound mixing would also be valuable.
- Knowledge of video codecs for web distribution.
- Good knowledge of all social media platforms

**Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
Schedule: Mon - Fri but flexibility is also essential as weekend and evening work is occasionally required. Time off in lieu offered for extra hours.
