Screen Printer

Dy-mensionscreen Printers has had massive growth over the last 12 months with purchasing of additional screen and DTG machines and recruiting more staff and its time to add some more members to our team.

We are looking for an additional screen printer (who has had experience working on an automatic machine - Manual Hand Carousel does not qualify) we run a tight ship with 15 staff members with a very family friendly orientated environment, however we run very efficiently with an eye to quality and tight deadlines so efficiency is a must.

**Skills Required**:

- Operating automatic printing equipment (We currently have a 14 Colour ROQ Eco + 5 Colour ROQ You) Knowledge of automatic screen print set ups is essential. Training for the machines is provided (if your familiar with an MHM, its the same process via pins)
- Minimum of 12-24 months experience of printing onto têxtiles.
- You must be able to complete all aspects of screen printing tasks (setting up the machine, prepare the job, knowledge of working with different materials)
- Knowledge about ink for screen printing
- Pantone colour matching knowledge is useful but not essential.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Great team player who wants to excel in their role and aims for high quality.
- Performing quality checks and ensuring all prints produced are of a high quality.
- Attention to detail on prints when colours are incorrect
- To be able to work to strict deadlines
- Must be able to use your own initiative.
- You must be organised and can easily follow a sequence of instructions.
- Have clear and good vision to see print quality, colours and registration marks.

**Working Hours**

37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, usually Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

On rare instances some weekend work is required as business needs in busy periods.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
