**Specialist Dietitian - Diabetes**
**18.75hours/week Permanent**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 dietitian to join the NHS Lothian Diabetes Dietetic Team. This post will work within the NHS Lothian Dietetic Service providing a service to patients attending diabetes outpatient clinics, including both one to one and group work. This part time post offers an opportunity to develop skills in all diabetes care and be a valued member of the MDT.

You would be expected to participate in student training (A, B and C placements) and provide clinical support for other dietitians as part of the NHSL Diabetes Dietetic Team.

We are strongly committed to training, support for CPD and clinical governance, with an active supervision framework, annual appraisals, peer support and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills.
