At the Eskmills Project, our service users face challenges that affect their ability to live a fulfilling life. As a service for adults with learning difficulties, the service users are provided with supported accommodation to help ensure they get the most from their lives. We have been providing our services for 25 years’, with some of our service users being with us from the start.
It is not possible to do this without our support workers, who offer an abundance of kindness and care to the service users.
Whether you have care experience or transferable skills with a desire to help others, we would love to hear from you. In return, we will provide you with all the training you need to excel in your role, as well as a clear path of growth in your career, which can lead you to a management role within CrossReach.

Whether it’s baking muffins and pancakes, putting their design skills to use through the creation of handmade tshirts, art and craft days or helping out to enjoy the outdoors our service users do what they love

As we do our work in Christ’s name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
