Our strategy in the UK is to focus on the projects within renewables and data-centre markets which is a high growth area in the UK as well as delivering high margin ICP works. The UK business has grown rapidly in the last 3 years and our expectation is that we will grow 25% year on year, based on our secured work and pipeline.

**Job Summary**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to all users on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in the maintenance and management of all hardware and software, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and backups
- Work with the IT team to develop IT policies and procedures and enforce them across the organisation
- Assist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and working effectively
- Assist with monitoring and controlling the IT budget.

**Role Requirements**
- Ability to think logically and solve problems with a proactive approach
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software, including Operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Networking Appliances
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, network security, and TCP/IP protocols
- Ability to learn on-the-job in a rapidly changing environment.
