**Job Type: Permanent / Full Time**

**The Social Value Coordinator will**:

- Liaise with Project Teams for social value data input and commitments
- Record Social Value activities on Impact Reporting Social Value system
- Utilise Power BI and Biometric systems to obtain data relating to Social Value activities
- Support GRAHAM Social Impact Reporting Manager with training and coaching for the Impact Reporting management system
- Promote awareness of social value requirements within the Division

**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrate strong IT/Systems, and Administration skills
- Demonstrate experience working with large amounts of data within a portal/database
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple workloads to deliver to deadlines
- Demonstrate experience of establishing, collating and reporting on KPIs/Business targets
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders (including senior level) both verbally and in writing
- Work well within a team and develop strong lasting relationships with third parties / clients

**Desirable Criteria**
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of social value/CSR and best practice solutions
- Have experience of completing social impact activities within the Facilities Management industry
- Have knowledge/experience of Social Value and the National TOMs (Themes, Outcomes, Measures)
- Have a third level qualification or equivalent
- Have experience of Microsoft Power BI
