Baker

We're looking for someone who enjoys baking to join our F&B Team here at Castle Ward.

**The Hours**:30 hours per week with your days of work to be discussed at interview stage. These days will be during the working week (Mon-FRI) WITH **NO WEEKEND WORK **required apart from event days which are held few/far inbetween.

No split shifts or evening work required.

**The Salary**:£11.33 per hour / £18,853.12 per annum (£22,093.5 FTE)

**Duration**:Permanent

- You'll be based at Castle Ward, where you'll bake National Trust famous goods such as cakes and pastries to serve in our lovely stable Cafe._

What you'll be doing:You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
