The One Group are working with a global technology business who deliver intelligent propulsion systems into Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace and Marine sectors who are seeking a Development Engineer to join there engineering team in Northampton.

The company seek innovative ways to lead technology development ensuring their customers' expectations are met, with that in mind they have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis working on a range of newprojects that have come into the business.

The day-to-day duties include:

- Deliver engineering projects set out by the principal engineer
- Carry out testing activities on engine dynos and rigs
- Instrumentation and data logging installation
- Data analysis and report writing

What we are looking for:

- Experienced in testing and development work within the Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace or Marine sectors.
- Understanding of internal combustion engines and their systems
- Ability to interpret technical data to generate a logical series of actions
- Experienced in using ECU diagnostics tools
