As a Fraud and Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an effective risk assessment, protecting the business from financial threats and analysing behavioural patterns and trends.

The Fraud and Risk department is responsible for the prevention and detection of fraudulent activity across all products and managing the risk associated to a spectrum of payment options.

You will have a keen interest or background in fraud, risk and analytics. With your investment, we will provide the opportunities to develop professional skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours; working eight hour shifts between 07:00-22:00 any five days from seven, which includes hybrid working following the completion of the training period.

In return, we offer a starting salary of £22,838 (increasing to £25,688 upon successful completion of training), bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance alongside other benefits.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Accuracy, consistency and a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivation and an ability to perform a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve and find effective resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word MS Office products.
- Interest in fraud management and related regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Experience of Gaming, Casino and Poker products would be advantageous.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analysing alerts in line with our internal risk controls.
- Assessing the risk of deposit, withdrawal and product activity.
- Using proactive investigation techniques to identify new and emerging threats.
- Providing 2nd line support to the operation regarding fraud and risk related queries.
- Analysing customer information, betting and gaming patterns and other forms of activity to accurately identify risk behaviours.
