**What’s on Offer?**
£40,000 - £50,000
Flexible working opportunities
Professional, relaxed agency
Company bonus scheme - up to 9% of salary based on personal and business performance
25 days holiday + bank holidays and birthdays off
Full agency shut down between Christmas and New Year
Two company away days a year, with an overnight stay - previous trips include the Lake District, Snowdonia, and Edinburgh

**The Position**
With your confident and culture-first attitude, you’ll be delivering groundbreaking insight, storytelling and design for a variety of enviable projects, working with globally recognised brands and exciting start-ups alike.

This role is split between creative and management - so you'll be hands-on in crafting impressive creative solutions as well as leading those around you. Making the most of your expertise, you'll help to build and deliver global packaging and branding campaigns that are of the highest quality to ensure complete satisfaction for you, your team and your clients.

You’ll have a strategic mindset and a real knack for spotting opportunities, knowing specifically how to transform them into concepts that get people talking - work that combines acute industry awareness with your own unique spin.

**What We’re Looking For**
An engaged and experienced Senior Creative who is comfortable managing creative teams - someone who wants to design, strategise, consult, motivate, lead and inspire.

You’ll be happy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to the creative process, with a clear and concise understanding of how to balance this with your active role as a leader.
