An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Faculty of Health & Medicine, providing high level professional administrative support to advance the faculty’s EDI agenda and deliver project objectives. You will join a small Faculty Office team who support the operational activities of the faculty.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will provide proactive administrative assistance to the Associate Dean (EDI & People), including diary management, coordinating EDI themed events, monitoring and reporting on EDI related data and supporting new projects across the faculty.

This role will play a key part in supporting the faculty’s renewal of it’s Athena Swan Silver Award which is due in February 2024. An award which it has held since 2014 (& Bronze since 2008).

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to manage a busy workload, to meet the demands of various stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver and be able to work effectively under mínimal supervision and as a team.
