Grounds Maintenance Assistant

RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are currently looking for a **Grounds Maintenance Assistant** to join our friendly team at our development - Shurland Dale, Kent to assist with maintaining the RoyaleResorts standard to our guests.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining existing and forthcoming Park facilities eg., fencing, decking, utilities etc
- Assisting with renovation or redecoration projects
- Supporting onsite Contractors when necessary
- Taking direction from the General Manger with regard to requests from residents
- The upkeep of all park and grounds including grass cutting (ride on and manual), strimming, edging and landscaping.
- Checking the cottages are presentable for our guests eg, emptying bins, clearing dirty linen and replacing if needed and solving all maintenance jobs
- Maintenance of all on-site equipment (eg., lawnmowers, tools etc)
