An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Vehicle Sales / Customer Experience with experience of working either within car sales or any other related industry to work in our vibrant dealership.

** Please note, a full driving licence is essential for this role **

**Vehicle Sales / Customer Experience**
**York Mazda**
**£20,000 Basic (£40,000 OTE Uncapped)**
Working a 5 day week - 6pm latest finish time.
Dealership closed on a Sunday
Plus Pension Scheme + Manufacturer Training

**The Vehicle Sales / Customer Experience Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Vehicle Sales / Customer Experience to work in our vibrant dealership. In return for hard work and commitment, you will be rewarded with investment in learning and career development.

If you enjoy providing a high level of professional customer service at all times then we are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**:
Effectively manage the customer through the entire purchase process of new and used cars; from enquiry to delivery and beyond to deliver a great customer experience throughout, delighting them at every opportunity.

**About you**:
+ You’ll be motivated, enthusiastic, helpful with a can-do attitude
+ Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
+ You’ll be well presented with the resilience and drive to succeed
+ The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone is essential
+ You’ll be computer literate
+ A full driving licence is essential (3 points maximum)
