The Role

Working as part of a professional Sales Team this role provides a comprehensive administrative support for the team and the companies customers, providing key data to drive excellent customer service through out the team and the wider business. General administration collating information for quotations/ commercial claims and overall customer account maintenance.

Liaising and supporting Account managers and the finance depts to accurately present pricing proposals to clients, supporting the team with their commercial submissions, managing portal sales submissions, and updating

critical information to a high standard.

Support and manage customer quotations and following agreed procedure and formats is key.

Compiling data spreadsheets on Excel for the sales team and liaising with the finance team to update price margins when required, inputting price data information to support commercial claims.

The Person

Degree educated in business studies or administration, you will be a highly professional person who is data driven, you will be able to work within a pressurised environment and have high levels of accuracy and excellent communication skills both verbal and written

You will be a self-motivated person with a can do and positive mindset, a great communicator and collaborator in both your written and verbal communications.

Be able to resolve issues and provide solutions to challenges taking responsibility and be accountable for your actions.

Have a min of 2 year’s experience with an administration support preferably with an automotive supply chain environment, be keen and eager to learn and have a flexible approach. Have good word and excel skills.
