**MIT - Must have experience of Diary Management as they will be managing a Senior Managers very busy diary**

3 months with possible extension until October 2023

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to demonstrate confident and accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to work on own initiative within defined parameters, organising and prioritising own and others' work to given deadlines
- Good timekeeping
- Good levels of accuracy and attention to detail

**Experience**:

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation, including information governance
- Understanding of maintaining office systems e.g. diary management
- Experiencing of taking and transcribing minutes of meetings
- Experience of planning and facilitating effective meetings and other events

**Qualifications and Training**
Intermediate level of theoretical knowledge e.g. HNC or other diploma, or other equivalent level of knowledge or experience
- Good understanding of a range of work procedures and practices gained through formal training or equivalent experience, including project management and admin procedures
