We are seeking a Part Time Sample Despatch Technician
£6,302 per annum (£10.09 per hour)

2 days a week 9am - 3pm - Must include Friday

This position would suit an energetic person with great attention to detail and an excellent communicator, who has experience MS Office software and ability to learn the Company bespoke software.We are looking for a confident team player who can work ontheir own initiative as well as covering the day to day requirements of a fast-paced environment.

Scope of the role
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is task focused, able to organise their own workload, has a positive outlook, great attention to detail and ability to follow procedures; together with excellent time management skills working to daily deadlines,with a flexible approach to work.Duties include:

- Preparing samples for despatch
- Understanding customers' daily requirements and responding in a timely manner
- Generate Product Specification and MSDS documents
- Liaising with Couriers
- Maintain stock packaging and stationery supplies
- Lab Assistant duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel
- GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English
