**About the Role**

Directly reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Senior Social Executive is responsible for executing the social media strategy. The Social Media Manager will sit within the Content and Campaigns function of the social media team and will help drive the wider social media strategy to deliver high performing, on-brand content, aligning at all times to established brand

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting in planning, executing and analyzing social media content planners across multiple social platforms
- Assisting in ideation of bigger brand and marketing campaigns, including commercial marketing and new business
- Collating soft metric data for weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting in social best practice to wider teams and lead in brainstorms and ideation meetings
- Assisting with maintaining a polished, accurate and consistent social presence across all channels, leaning into platform developments
- Developing best-in-class social media caption copy, aligning with key trends, search terms and TOV guidelines, as well as any provided messaging frameworks
- Managing of all video briefs, provided to the Creative team
- Creating best-in-class social content - with support from the Social Content Producer
- Assisting the Social Media Manager to ideate best-in-class social media activations, aligned to our established planning process
- Assisting in social best practice sessions to wider teams

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years in social media, with experience managing community sizes of min. 250k
- A genuine interest in Social Media and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of brand and marketing
- A high level of personal organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace both individually and as part of a team
- Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Creative mindset
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency with Social Media schedulers and tools such as Emplifi and Brandwatch
- Proficiency with basic editing of social content using in-app tools. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is a must.

D**esirable**:

- Experience using Emplifi, Brandwatch and WGSN
- Experiencing using Facebook Business Manager
- Prior experience in Beauty or similar industry is a plus
