**Role Overview**

Have managerial responsibility for the Vodafone QHSE team, working with the wider Mitie delivery team, to resolve any queries raised in line with Vodafone and Mitie's agreed processes and systems.

**Main Duties**
- Act as first line management escalation for any operation al issues in relation to section 16 deliverables, actively seeking to resolve challenges and implement learnings
- Approve all updates for all Helpdesk Knowledge Articles used by the Helpdesk
- Approve monthly KPI Submission, in relation to Section 16 of the contract
- Develop and drive excellent stakeholder relationships with the Vodafone HSE & wider Property team, key Vodafone business stakeholders, and key stakeholders within MITIE
- Drive innovation and improvement across all areas of delivery
- Drive performance in line with all contract and Mitie Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, encouraging operating excellence across everything we do
- Effectively lead and manage the team, including line management responsibilities for the section 16 administrator
- Manage all escalations and enquiries relating to Fire Risk Assessment actions, including liaison with Vodafone HSE team to request Vodafone intervention in the event of inaction from Action Owners.
- Manage and drive improvement in respect to hazards reported by Vodafone employees as a reactive fault that should also be reported into Eco-online
- Manage the delivery all contracted services within section 16, positively influencing performance
- Manage the H&S Helpdesk services, delivered across our admin support and central Mitie Helpdesk team (TSoC). Hold regularly meetings with the TSoC to ensure service standards are maintained in line with the contract and drive improvements
- Management of service changes through CCN process, in conjunction with the Commercial Support Manager, ensuring relevant changes to contractor instruction and amendments to PPM regimes
- Receive request for ad hoc project support from the Vodafone HSE Team, confirm any capacity to support and agree any contracted deliverables that may have to be suspended so as to accommodate the request
- Responsible for the contractor management of Mitie Compliance, ensuring regularly meetings and driving improvement where required
- Work with the wider mitie team in respond to Haz Observations trends and drive relevant improvements
- Own the HSEW document tracker and conduct simple reviews of VF controlled HSEW documents
- Where required produce simple HSEW communications materials
- Make recommendations to the VF HSEW team as to any suggested improvements to the VF HSEW management systems
