We are a family run manufacturing company who have been operating for over 30 years. Due to significant recent growth we are looking to recruit a CNC Operator to run and manage our three new AXYZ CNC routers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate AXYZ CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish materials such as plastics and composites.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and calibrate CNC routers, including loading and unloading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and inputting programmed instructions.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC routers to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Deburr parts and pack finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- A CNC machine operating background would be necessary to support the ongoing manufacturing development and growth of the business.
- Experience working on AXYZ CNC Router tables producing plastic and composite materials is desirable, but not essential.
- Proficiency with VCARVE PRO.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques.
- Good maths skills for performing calculations and measurements.
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
