**The Role**

In the role Commercial Development Manager your primary aim will be to ensure optimisation of revenue across a broad range of F&B concepts, venues and product for P&O Cruises. You will work closely with the wider product team and key business stakeholdersto identify opportunities and drive commercial performance.

You will:

- Ensure revenue optimisation across the product range, packages, revenue initiatives and operational delivery.
- Partner with key suppliers, brands and vendors to assist with onboard promotional activations to generate revenue and drive improved guest experiences.
- Maximise revenue and performance optimisation across chargeable dining products and associated initiatives.
- Support revenue generation throughout the guest journey across a variety of guest communication channels, pre-cruise platform and within the onboard operation.
- Work closely with analytics to drive strategic and data led recommendations and proposals.

The role sits within the F&B Product Development team, who are responsible for the design, development and commercial aspects of the food and beverage product across the P&O Cruises fleet. The team specialise in supporting the current fleet with new productdevelopment, product life cycle management and revenue generation whilst leading the design and concept creation for refits and new builds.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time permanent contract basis. The role will be primarily located in Southamptonwith at least two days based in our Southampton office and up to 30% travel requirement.

- Working experience within a revenue generating and/or a commercially focused role
- An ability to translate complex information and data into solutions and recommendations to produce high quality deliverables
- A strong commercial acumen
