Our team of Project Managers, Chartered Surveyors, and Land Referencers supports major infrastructure projects across the UK. With a client portfolio covering high-profile transport, energy, housing, and regeneration projects, we offer comprehensive land and property support throughout the project lifecycle. Our services include project management, consultation and objection management, acquisitions and land assembly, valuation and compensation, land referencing and plan production, survey access, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and Land Interest Questionnaires (LIQs)
- Interpret complex Land Registry titles
- Manage land data efficiently
- Produce statutory compliant Books of Reference and Compulsory Purchase Order Schedules
- Create accurate land plans, order plans, deposited plans, and rights of way plans
- Secure land access for surveys
- Prepare and monitor statutory acquisition notices
- Report notice returns promptly and accurately
- Place and monitor site notices using mobile technology
- Provide land referencing expertise during hearings or Public Inquiries
- Develop bespoke plans for Land & Works Agreements
- Offer consultation and landowner engagement services
- Support the Optioneering process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a field related to land, such as Geography, Geospatial Science, Estate or Property Management, or Planning
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Ability to follow clear instructions and meet tight deadlines with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of the importance of handling confidential information
- Effective prioritization and workload management abilities
- Accurate record-keeping skills
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Positive attitude towards learning new skills and systems
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with Land Registry title plans and registers
- Knowledge of Compulsory Purchase legislation
- Experience using GIS systems
- Valid driver's license
