**PPC Specialist - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - Up to £45,000**

We have partnered with a household name brand and widely favoured high-street retailer.

As part of an exciting initiative for 2024, we are hiring multiple Performance Marketing roles with this role playing a key role in their Paid Search efforts across the UK.

With a 7 figure spend at your disposal, you will have ownership over day-to-day trading and optimisation with the support of their agency partner. You will also work on devising strategy overseeing wider channel delivery, working closely with other channel specialists across Affiliates, Display & Paid Social.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead on daily delivery of PPC strategy for key categories
- Support in agency management and direction
- Support in evolving the Paid Media strategy through introduction of new practices and technology via key partners (Google, Bing)
- Align channel efforts with wider Marketing team to ensure business objectives are met
- Line management of PPC Executive
- Report on channel performance to key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a PPC role with an established brand - ideally with large budgets
- Wider Performance Marketing understanding is preferred
- Previous experience with tools such as SA360 is preferred
- A real test & learn approach, someone who is passionate about digital best practices and continuously optimising performance
- An excellent communicator
