**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Scrub Theatre Practitioner / Nurse to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Wirral. The hospital has state of the art facilities, and the team are passionate about providing high quality person centred care to their patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner / Nurse to join their friendly theatre team focussed on Orthopaedic Scrub. The team put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Scrub Theatre Practitioner / Nurse to join them. The service offers a range of services, procedures and treatments and boasts an excellent reputation for the care that they provide.

**Duties and responsibilities**

You will be working as part of the theatre team as Scrub Theatre Practitioner / Nurse -and responsible for the following;
- Assist and care for patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures
- Preparing the operating theatre / anaesthetic room for surgery
- Preparing equipment and supplies and ensuring waste is kept to a minimum
- Work across a range of procedures
- Ensure patient record is completed

**Who we're looking for**
- Be NMC/ HCPC registered
- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Previous scrub experience is essential
- Experience in a variety of surgical procedures desirable
- Experience working under mínimal supervision
