**Job Description**:
The** Senior Credit Controller** reports to the **Credit Manager** for the Europe region and is an active member of the** Working Capital Management Team**. The Senior Credit Controller Europe partners with finance and operational leaders to deliver results in alignment with Europe financial targets, focusing on collections processes and strategies along with improving cash and DSO.
The Senior Credit Controller Europe assists the Europe Credit Manager with defined credit and debtor control tasks to unlock working capital from a debtor perspective.
**Job responsibility**:
- Provides support to the Europe Credit Manager for all collections initiatives to improve cash performance and processes.
- Supports Europe Credit Manager in the forecasting process and monthly reporting activities.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, supports initiatives associated with end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process.
- Assists Europe Credit Manager to manage life cycle of unpaid invoices. Works collaboratively with Project Managers, providing recommendations on legal remedy options.
- Monitors regional levels of unapplied and unidentified receipts and drives issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a credit control function
- Experienced credit professional
- Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and volume data manipulation skills)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
- CICM qualification desirable but not essential
- Ability to actively engage stakeholders, clients and finance colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
