Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division are recruiting for several an experienced CNC Miller to join a thriving and dynamic precision engineering workshop in Leeds.

The CNC Miller will report into the Operations Director and be responsible for machining small batches of standard metals as well as exotics for supply into the precision industry.

The role of CNC Miller will be on a 2 shift rotation. Days will be 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday and Afternoons will cover 2pm to 12am Monday to Thursday only.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CNC MILLER:

- Machining small batches working to precision tolerances
- Programming (editing), setting an operating using FANUC controls
- Checking first offs using conventional measuring equipment
- Working within tight timescales in a busy manufacturing facility

CNC MILLER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Previous programming, setting and operating using FANUC controls
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Precision Machine Shop experience with a variety of standard and exotic materials
- Using and recording data with conventional measuring equipment
