**Resident Host - Stratford - £24,000 to £26,000 Dependant on Experience**

My client, a successful Residential Management firm specialising in Build-to-Rent and Student Accommodation across London, are currently seeking a Resident Host to join their stunning Build-to-Rent development with 500+ units in Stratford.

You will be working closely with the onsite team as point of contact for the residents, delivering excellent customer service, running amenities and ensuring communal spaces are kept tidy, handling the post and assisting with all requests.

The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills with a prior background in concierge, hospitality or customer service. You will be a proactive individual who is willing to get stuck in as this is not your standard desk based role You will be walking around the building, engaging with residents and ensuring the smooth running of their fabulous amenity spaces.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, couriers, and contractors, welcoming all residents and visitors with a warm and friendly approach
- Assist residents with all queries about premises facilities
- Stay current with residents and neighbourhood activity providing recommendations to residents about the local area, attractions and upcoming events
- Review and maintain Neighbourhood events diary
- Maintain and update amenity reservations including VIP events
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and standards of amenities paying great attention to every detail
- Oversee post services ensuring that residents are notified of deliveries awaiting collection
- Support the onsite team with resident move-in/move-outs
- Support the Leasing team with any specific considerations for residents to ensure all works are executed on time pre move in
- Track all maintenance requests for the building
- Uphold general oversight of safety and compliance measures
- Undertake regular compliance inspections of the building to ensure all Fire, Life & Safety systems are always fully adhered to and ensure issues are dealt with immediately.
- Assist with daily shift handovers ensuring all outstanding issues are communicated effectively
- Review and analyse the service levels provided on a weekly/monthly basis, identify and implement any opportunities to improve this

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, front of house or customer service required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive
- Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
**Hours**: Shift patterns on a monthly rota; 8 hour shift with an hour lunch break, 5 days over 7 (8am to 5pm, 10am to 7pm, 12pm to 9pm or 1pm to 10pm)
