I am excited to be working with this award-winning, Manchester based developer in offering the role of property administrator. This company is looking to grow their team by adding this role and are looking for people with previous experience as a property administrator, or for people looking to start their career in property

We want to hear from energetic and passionate people who want to be part of a successful company.

As part of your job, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing processes and procedures for approved contractors
- Obtaining insurance for properties
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Liaising with contractors
- Property Inspections
- Inspection reports and inventories

We are looking for
- Graduates, Retail, Hospitality, Property, Customer service or Admin - the main thing is a passion for property and customer service
- Great face to face and on the phone communication skills
- Self-starter, quick learner and highly organised
- Genuine interest in Property
